Twitter says its user count has not been hurt by Trump’s ban

In a statement to investors on Tuesday, Jack Dorsey called 2020 “an extraordinary year,” which sells the absurdity of the year a bit short. But the start of 2021 brought a major change: forced elimination of Donald Trump from the platform – something that is not yet fully reflected in the company’s financial disclosures.
