Did you know that you can prevent Discord from automatically playing animated emoji when using the app? Our guide will show you how to do this.

Step 1: Tap your profile picture in the Discord navigation menu at the bottom of the screen.
2nd step: Tap “Text & Images.”
Step 3: In the “Emoji” section, tap the toggle to the right of “Play animated emoji” to prevent Discord from automatically playing animated emoji.
